1751 NW 58th Street, Miami,
in Miami-Dade County, Florida,
for violations of the Florida Contraband
Forfeiture Act, Section
932.701 - .707 Florida Statutes.
This property was attempted to
be used or was intended to be
used in violation of provisions of
Chapter 893, Florida Statutes,
or was, or was intended to be,
actually employed as an instrumentality
in the commission of,
or in aiding or abetting in the
commission of, a felony.
A Complaint seeking the
Forfeiture of this property is
being filed in the Circuit Court
of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit,
in and for Miami-Dade
County, Florida, Civil Division.
Any claimant who desires to
contest the forfeiture must file
and serve responsive pleadings
