The Scheck Hillel Community School will host its 2013 Annual Event, themed Hillel is Home, on Thursday, January 17. This year’s elegant cocktail reception will feature a special performance by The Maccabeats, the popular Jewish a cappella group from Yeshiva University. Under the direction of Program Chair Anat Garzon and co-chairs Michele Scheck, Ronit Shiro and Inbal Vainstein, all proceeds from the evening will benefit the Jewish community school’s Kulanu scholarship fund.
