“Afternoon Delight”
In collaboration with the Chaplin School of Hospitality and Tourism and Management, students plan, create, and serve a 3-course gourmet lunch while patrons enjoy a performance by FIU's Graduate String Quartet, under the direction of Professor Marcia Littley.
